Jail, 18 months, who me!? Lindsay Lohan is facing jail.

Lindsay Lohan reportedly will appear before a judge on Wednesday (19.10.11) after missing the sessions that were part of her sentence for stealing a  $2,500 necklace from a boutique.The troubled actress could be facing 18 months in jail.

Judge Stephanie Sautner recently berated the star for failing to find a therapist for weekly sessions, which was part of her sentence for stealing the necklace in January. But Lindsay Lohan, who previously served 35 days under house arrest for the offence, claims to have carried out her therapy sessions over the phone.

She was modelling in France last month but cleared the two-week trip with her probation officer. Lindsay Lohan, 25, has also been to Italy, where she was unveiled as the front woman for fashion designer Philipp Plein.

“Something important to know about this collection is that it’s expressing something a little bit more edgy. And I think maybe people’s perceptions of me have been kind of taken out of context just from what you see and read.”-the actress, who’s facing jail said.

Please tell me this is some sort of joke! Lindsey Lohan is suing Pitbull, Ne-yo and Afrojack over a lyric in Pitbulls hit song “Give Me Everything.” Lohan and her lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, are claiming “disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff.” So basically she’s saying if she doesn’t get any job offers it’s Pitbull’s fault. Come on now Pitbull isn’t the one that got her locked up and her name all over the tabloids world wide. The last I checked she did that all herself. How can she possible believe, that his one line verse is powerful enough to keep her from getting any further jobs?

Pitbull is not the first to talk about Lohan in a song. So why not go after everyone who has ever used her name?

Mannie Fresh’s song ‘Drought’ has a verse that says, “We got that Lindsay Lohan down South” using her name Lindsey Lohan as a metaphor for cocaine.

Eminem’s song ‘We Made You’ has the verse “Lindsay please come back to seeing men/Samantha’s a two/You’re practically a 10″ which is making fun of her lesbian relationship. He also had a whole verse in his song ‘Same Old Song & Dance’ that talks about her going in and out of rehab and about him lynching her and much more. The verse goes like this…

“Hello Lindsay, you’re looking a little thin hun
How bout a ride to rehab, get in cunt
Starting off on the wrong foot is what I didn’t want

So does the wacky Lohan really have a suit against Pitbull? And if so is she going to go after Eminem, Mannie Fresh and anyone else who chooses to throw her name out there?
