Kate Winslet hates nude movie scenes, and thinks flashing the flesh in front of a camera is a ”profoundly bizarre” and ”unethical”.
“I hate it! Listen, make no mistake, I just get on it. I just go in and say ‘Oh f**k, let’s do it,’ and boom! If you complain about it or procrastinate it’s not going to go away. It’s a profoundly bizarre thing to do.”
“As actors you talk about it all the time. You can literally be tangled in sheets, and you turn to the other actor and say, ‘What the f**k are we doing?’ ‘Dear Mum, at work today I had so-and-so’s left nut sack pressed against my cheek’. It’s sort of unethical if you think about it in those terms.”-Kate Winslet said.
The Oscar-winning actress has appeared totally naked in Titanic, (the nude portrait done by Leonardo Di Caprio) and of course in Mildred Pierce. Kate Winslet has also displayed some nudity in other movies like: Jude, (1996), Holly Smoke (1999), Iris (2001) The Reader (2008)
Well she hates nudity but she certainly has done many naked movie scenes.
