Justin Bieber undergoes a paternity test to prove he's not the father of his fan's baby.

Following the controversy over his fathering a child, teen sensation Justin Bieber has taken a DNA test to put an end to all the allegations made by Mariah Yeater.According to TMZ, Mr Bieber took the paternity test at a lab on Friday (18.11.11) under “very controlled circumstances”, which means it will be hard for Miss Yeater or her lawyer to challenge it.

Justin Bieber’s team will not settle or even discuss settlement with Mariah or her legal team and it is now up to her to provide DNA results from her son. Although Mariah dropped her lawsuit against the singer, her lawyer stated they planned to pursue the matter privately.

The 17-year-old star previously revealed he was happy to take a paternity test to prove his innocence but insisted he would not “waste” his time meeting his accuser face-to-face because her fabricated claims were vindictive.

“All this stuff is dealt with by my legal team. But if they want me to (take a paternity test) then I will.”-Justin Bieber said.

Recently, there was also news of an SMS Yeater sent out to a friend which implied that someone else was the father of her kid. Reportedly the message read:

“Pleeease ERASE ALL MESSAGES from my mom where she says Tristyn is Robbie’s son. I’ll kick u when we get paid. I’m trusting you pleeease. (Mariah Laci)”

Robbie is Mariah’s ex-boyfriend and Laci is her middle name.

Justin Bieber, who already released his documentary, Never Say Never which chronicled his ascent to pop stardom, is now talking about staring in a movie next year. The teen sensation revealed his team are “working on a script” as he plans to return to the big screen next summer when he’s finished his Christmas record Under the Mistletoe and second studio album.

“What’s happening is: Get off this tour, and then my [holiday] album’s coming out, so I have to go back out and promote that album … and then after that … it’s almost time for my next album, so then everything starts over again.Hopefully next summer I can start on a movie or something.”-Justin Bieber told MTV news.

The 17-year-old star is not without acting experience, having appeared in two episodes of a major network TV show, CSI: Las Vegas. In the show Justin Bieber played a troubled teenager, Jason McCann. His character was killed off in a hail of bullets.

At the time of the second episode, Bieber said that he intended to do more acting.

“I definitely want to do more acting, and further my career in that area, that’s something I would love to do.”-the singer said earlier this year.
