J.K. Rowling receives diamond bracelet worth millions from Warner Bros studio bosses
Famous Harry Potter author, J.K. Rowling was given 40-diamond bracelet as a thank you present from Warner Bros.
She’s already a billionaire who can certainly afford to buy a rock or two, but Warner Bros decided to give J.K a thank you gift for letting them make movies out of her Harry Potter books.
Warner Bros. CEO Barry Meyer spent millions of dollars on the stunning piece of white gold jewelry which was given to J.K. Rowling at the after-party for the London premiere earlier this month. But the author billionaire is not resting for second.
She is keeping herself busy with Pottermore- an interactive website that will have all of the ‘Harry Potter series’ in e-book format.
“I wanted to give something back to the fans that have followed Harry so devotedly over the years. Pottermore is a way for the creativity to live on and a way for me to be creative on a platform that did not exist when I started writing the books.”- J.K. Rowling said about her new project.
