Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, one of the Hollywood‘s power couples, split after Ashton’s reported infidelity with 22-year-old Sara Leal. The 49-year-old actress, who has three daughters with ex-husband Bruce Willis released a statement yesterday (17.11.11):

“It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life.This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation.”-the actress said after the split.

Thursday’s confirmation of the split comes after months of media reports about problems between Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, who married in 2005 when she was 42 and he was 27. The “Two and a Half Men” actor tweeted a poignant message minutes after the Ghost star announcement.

“I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail. Love and Light, AK.”-Ashton wrote.

As well as being a famous acting couple, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher have both been pioneers of the use of social media, notably Twitter. The couple also created the DNA Foundation, also known as the Demi and Ashton Foundation, in 2010 to combat the organised sexual exploitation of girls around the globe.

No divorce papers had been filed in Los Angeles Superior Court as of Thursday afternoon, the Associated Press news agency reported.

The womanizer is set to be killed off and his funeral attended by a host of former girlfriends, his brother Alan (Jon Cryer) and nephew Jake (Angus T. Jones).

Ashton’s character will then buy Charlie’s luxurious beachfront condominium after a number of buyers, including a selection of celebrity guest stars, view the property but Alan and Jake will remain living there despite Charlie’s death.

One thing is certain, people who are fans of the show will be really happy, and ‘”Two and a Half Men“ has an opportunity now, to recruit a new audience, with Ashton Kutcher as leading actor.

Apparently, in the set of “Two and a Half Men,” they’re really kissing up to Ashton Kutcher in big ways. For example he got a big ass trailer. It’s massive in size, has satellite Tv hookups, everything is customized and it even has a section that pops out to expand the already massive trailer.

There’s still a lot of people that are Team Charlie that work on the show and it’s been heard that it’s “over the top” and that it makes Ashton Kutcher comes off as a “diva,” even though Charlie Sheen also, rocked a hell of an immense trailer on set of “Two and a Half Men.”

But Ashton Kutcher didn’t ask for anything, it was given to him. What is he suppose to say, “No, thanks?” What would you do? You’d probably take it. If anyone knows anything about Asthon Kutcher, they’d know he’s not a “diva” by any stretch of the imagination. I’m sure he’s a little spoiled like most stars, but I bet he would just treat himself instead of having outlandish requests.

Ashton Kutcher signed on to the last season of “That 70′s Show,” mainly because he didn’t want to sell out and because thanks to that show he was where he’s at now. Ashton Kutcher was already starting in films and doing “Punked” but couldn’t let down, “That 70′s Show.” That sort of says a lot about the kind of dude he is, so let him rock his massive trailer. It’s not Ashton Kutcher‘s fault that he’s surrounded by ass kissers.
