Adele The New James Bond Theme Singer is something that most are wondering at the moment. The very talented singer hinted in a recent interview that she is working on something new. Adele had told press that she has not written a song in sometime. The last time she wrote anything was back in May. In November of this year she did state that she will be returning to the studio to write and record “one song,” a “theme” song. The new James Bond film will be released in November of 2012, so let’s see if she will be really singing for the new James Bond theme song.

In other news, Adele was recently nominated for this year’s Barclaycard Mercury Prize for her album “21.” Adele arrived at the red carpet event looking classic as usually and holding her nominee trophy as she walked into the Grosvenor House in London, England yesterday (September 6). Even though PJ Harvey ended up winning, Adele and other runner-ups which included Anna Calvi, Elbow, Everything Everything, Ghostpoet, Gwilym Simcock, James Blake, Katy B, King Creosote & Jon Hopkins, Metronomy and Tinie Tempah joined to congratulate Harvey for winning.

In another more recent interview with British Vogue, Adele admitted to having the pre-show jitters. At times it would get so bad that it would make her physically sick. She continued with saying, “I puke quite a lot before going on stage. The bigger the freak out, the more I enjoy the show!”

That sounds a little weird, but we can understand where she is coming from. Adele has made a big splash into the music scene with her strong, talented vocal skills. She is also an amazing songwriter.
